Section 6
Formation of Committee
(1) The Authority shall have a Board of Directors as follows:-
(a) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal - Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (c) Member of the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (d) One “Member
from among persons having special knowledge in life insurance business (e) one member from among persons having special knowledge in the life insurance business (2) Members as per clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (1). There should be at least one woman while appointing. (3) An official level employee designated by the authority shall act as the secretary of the committee.
